Do I need a consultation first?
For flash, no: pick a design and book it. For anything custom, a free 20-minute consultation (or sending us your idea online) lets your artist plan the size and placement and give you an honest quote.
How do deposits work?
A deposit secures your slot and comes off the final price. If you need to move, give us 48 hours’ notice and it moves with you. Miss the appointment without notice and the deposit is kept.
Can you cover up an old tattoo?
Usually, yes. Mara specialises in blackwork cover-ups. Send us a photo of the old piece with your idea and she’ll tell you honestly what will work.
Do you tattoo under 18s?
No. It’s the law in the UK, so we ask for photo ID on the day, even if you look older.
How do I look after a new tattoo?
Keep the wrap on for a few hours, wash gently with unperfumed soap, pat dry and use a thin layer of the balm we give you. No swimming, sunbeds or picking for two weeks. We send the full aftercare guide with your booking.
